FTP/FTPs/sFTP (SSH)
FTP/FTPs/sFTP (SSH) is the Destination that saves documents, or a file with their properties, in a folder of your FTP, FTPS or sFTP server.
You can configure:
- File format: PDF - document file sends the document, while the CSV, Excel XLS, JSON, TXT and XML formats send only a file with the document's properties
- CSV separator, only for the CSV formats: comma, colon or semicolon
- Protocol: FTP, FTPS (FTP encrypted with SSL/TLS) or sFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol); when you choose it, AIDA sets the standard port, 21 or 22
- Hostname or IP address and Port of the server; with FTPS, port 990 uses implicit encryption and any other port explicit encryption
- Remote route: the folder where AIDA saves the files, relative to the home directory of the user AIDA logs in with
- User Name and Password of that user
- Allow legacy SSH cryptography, only with sFTP: enable it only if the server requires deprecated algorithms, such as ssh-rsa or CBC ciphers, and AIDA cannot connect without them
- Duplicate file behavior: Overwrite the file replaces a file with the same name, while with Do not overwrite AIDA does not send the document and reports the error
AIDA will use the rules you set in the Data-driven page to rename the document and to create subfolders in that folder.
info
AIDA replaces the characters \ / : ? * < > " | in file and folder names with the underscore _.
