Xerox DocuShare Go

Xerox® DocuShare® Go is the Destination that sends documents to a folder of your DocuShare Go subscription.

In Subscription region choose where your subscription is located, Europe (Frankfurt) or United States, then press Connect a DocuShare Go account and sign in to DocuShare Go. To change the region, or when AIDA asks for a new authorization, unlink the account and connect it again.

Once your account is linked, you can configure:

Folder ID​

The ID of the DocuShare Go folder where AIDA sends the documents, in the format XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX. You can find it in the address of the folder, in DocuShare Go.

AIDA will use the rules you set in the Data-driven page to rename the document and to create subfolders in this folder.

Duplicate file name behaviour​

Decide how AIDA should behave if a file with the same name already exists within the target folder:

  • Create a new version of the document: AIDA adds the document as a new version of the existing one
  • Don't overwrite the document in output: AIDA does not send the document and reports the error
  • Don't overwrite, add <index> to the file name: AIDA will add an increasing number to the end of the name (for example file.1.pdf, file.2.pdf, etc.)
  • Don't overwrite, add z<index> to the file name: AIDA will add the letter "z" and an increasing number to the end of the name (for example file.z1.pdf, file.z2.pdf, etc.)

DocuShare Go does not support the following characters in file and folder names: \ / : ? * < > " |

If AIDA finds them, it will replace them with the underscore _ before sending the document to DocuShare Go.
