AIDA GPT

AIDA GPT is the AI assistant of AIDA: you open it from the top bar and talk to it in natural language. AIDA GPT searches your documents to answer your questions and can show the results as tables, which you can download as Excel, or as charts.

Chats​

Your conversations are saved: you can reopen them at any time to pick up where you left off, or start a new one with New chat.

Memories​

Memories are facts that AIDA gathers from your conversations, like things you correct, confirm or explain: they help AIDA give more consistent and personalized responses over time. Memories are created automatically, or you can ask AIDA to remember something specific. You can review and delete them in Memories.

If Memories are not enabled on your account, contact us to enable them.

Actio​

Actios are custom AI agents that can search through your documents, perform scheduled tasks or automatically respond to events.

To create one, click Create Actio in Your Actio. You can describe what you need and let AIDA set it up (Create with AIDA), or choose Configure manually:

  • Name of the Actio, Description and Instructions: what the Actio does and how it should work
  • Document types: the document types the Actio focuses on; if none are selected, it works with all types
  • Daily run: runs the Actio every day at the chosen time
  • Run on events: runs the Actio automatically when the selected events occur

The number of Actios you can create and enable depends on your plan.
