Xerox ConnectKey Scan
This flow allows you to receive documents directly from a Xerox MFP, by adding a button that enables one-touch scanning.
Once you have installed and opened the app you will see a QRCode. To link the MFP to your AIDA account simply use any mobile device to scan the code shown to you.
By entering the code you will be directed to the web page where you will be asked to log in with your credentials.
Once logged in, you will be informed that the printer is connected and the display of the MFP will show all document types in your AIDA account.
If you are using an iPhone and have the AIDA mobile app inside, simply scan the code using the app and your account will be linked immediately.
To add several AIDA accounts to the same MFP, simply press the "add" button in the top right-hand corner of the application screen on the MFP display and repeat the pairing procedure.
If you want to disconnect your account from a MFP, visit the page Configuration, go to the section ConnectKey devices® and delete the connection.
Devices that do not support the Xerox App Gallery
To add a "Scan to AIDA" button, create a new scan template with the following settings:

If you receive HTTPs certificate errors, your device may not be up to date and you may have to revert to an insecure HTTP connection by configuring instead

Integration key
To obtain the integration key, go to the page Input of the desired document type.
You can copy the integration key with the button or display it with the button .
