Automations
Automation is that process that allows AIDA to automatically approve documents without requiring any further action on your part.
How the automation works
When the automation has been created AIDA will automatically approve the documents if it does not find anomalies and if all required properties have been found.
To create an automation for the first time you must enable Create automation in the window that AIDA shows you when you approve a document with the Confirm button.
Pausing an automation
The automation can be paused and reactivated several times at any time. The purpose of pausing an automation is to improve the training of a document.
The reasons may be various, for instance:
- You have added a non-mandatory property
- You need to take action to improve the training of the individual property
There are 3 different ways to pause automation:
Go to the Document Type Configuration, open the Automations tab and press the button Pause all; if you prefer, you can pause the individual automation by searching for it in the list and pressing the button
To pause the automation linked to an individual document, open its History tab and press the Pause button.
While approving the document, in the window that AIDA shows you when you press the Confirm button.
note
This window only appears if the document has anomalies and your intervention is required.
Once automation is paused, AIDA will no longer automatically approve documents, allowing you to make your own corrections or improvements.
info
Remember that once the training is over, you must reactivate automation.
Activating an automation when paused
There are 3 different ways to reactivate an automation:
Go into the Document Type Configuration, open the Automations tab and press the activate all button; if, on the other hand, you have only paused the automation of a single document, search for it in the list and press the button
To activate an automation linked to a single document, open its History tab and press the activate button.
When approving the document, in the window that AIDA shows you when you press the Confirmation button, press the Activate button.
Deleting an automation
To delete an automation, enter the document type configuration, open the Automations tab, select the automation you wish to delete and press the button.
info
If you delete the automation, you simply delete the action of automatically approving the document, it has no influence on learning.
If you wish to change or improve the learning in AIDA, simply pause the automation.
