This feature enables you to automatically receive inbound passive electronic invoices from the interchange system.

Configuration​

How to Register the Electronic Invoicing Destination Code at the Revenue Agency

To register the code, you need to access the Revenue Agency's website. Click here to directly access the Revenue Agency's website and follow these steps:

  • Log in to the reserved area using SPID, CNS, or Tax Code/Entratel Code;
  • Choose the "Invoices and Receipts" section;
  • In the "Electronic Invoicing" section, click on "Register for electronic invoice reception mode";
  • Select the "Destination Code" option and enter the code JKKZDGR;
  • Confirm the operation.

From now on, all invoices will be sent to the entered destination code.

Invoice Reception​

AIDA, whenever it detects a new passive invoice, will download and convert it to PDF for easy reading. Subsequently, it will be archived and managed according to the rules set in the document type.
